Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Alx by email at alxjustalx@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 6 months from the original appointment date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. No-shows (failing to attend your scheduled appointment without notice) will result in forfeiting your payment and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Refund requests for other circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
